The exchange list will not be free but will be affordable, and will not require a large financial commitment from the project. Token list will be charged no more than 5M OPTX tokens / month / pair. Registered projects can refer their token holders to Optimus exchanges and get referral fees. After a project is approved from a legal and conceptual aspect, it will be submitted to the Optimus Community for approval. Every month all approved projects will be registered for voting, in which certain projects will be selected to be registered based on the total number of votes. Projects won will be registered based on their ranking in the vote (assuming they pay their registration fee), where the first project will be registered first and so on.
